1. Eligibility for Refunds 
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
- The course was not accessed or used.
- A technical issue on our side prevented access.
- The refund request is made within *7 days* of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Cases 
Refunds will not be issued if:
- You have accessed or completed a significant portion of the course.
- The refund request is made after 7 days.
- Dissatisfaction based on personal preferences.

3. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@lydensons.com with your:
- Full name  
- Email used during registration  
- Course name  
- Reason for refund  

4. Refund Processing 
If approved, refunds will be processed within *7–10 business days* to the original payment method.

5. Course Cancellations
If a course is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative course.
